How should I prep my hair for my appointment?
For the best experience, arrive with your hair clean and air dried in its natural fall; and with little to no styling products.
I highly recommend that you stop using heavy butters, creams, silicones, and oils in your hair immediately as they can interfere with your hair’s ability to retain moisture.
**The way you arrive to your appointment has a huge impact on the end result, and it’s my goal to get you the best result possible.
what should I wear?
I love to see your personal style, so wear what makes you feel your most amazing self. However, NO hoodies, collars, or turtlenecks, as it can get in the way during the cutting process.
Will there be photos taken?
I love taking before and after photos of guests to share on my social media platforms, as well as to keep in my guests’ files. If you have any concerns about that, please feel free to let me know.
can I bring in food and/or drinks?
I do provide a small selection of complimentary beverages and snack items but you’re welcome to bring your own as well.
Can I bring people along to my appointment?
I recommend you limit the amount of people you come with to 1 person. There are benches in the hallway, where they are welcome to sit and wait.
Do you accept all payment types?
I accept all debit/credit cards and cash.
is tipping customary?
Tipping is welcome, but never expected.
